Lisa Mikkelsen joined the company in March 2020 as the Chief Executive Officer. She is a seasoned healthcare executive with 17 years of multi-unit operations experience. Prior to joining WellStreet, Lisa was the COO of Benevis Dental Practice Management Services, the leading Medicaid-focused children’s dental support organization. Lisa thrives in taking a solutions-based approach to leading teams through growth and change. She is passionate about developing team members, building culture, and implementing systems and processes to effectively support growth.

Lee A. Resnick, MD is WellStreet’s President & Chief Growth Officer. Over the course of his 24 year career in urgent care, Dr. Resnick has led the national effort to bring academic rigor and clinical excellence to urgent care medicine. He was a founding board member and past president of the Urgent Care Association (UCA), where he was honored with an Outstanding Achievement Award. Dr Resnick is a committed patient advocate, innovator and thought leader, and is proud to serve the mission and vision of WellStreet Urgent Care.

Michael is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician who has spent the last decade in the urgent care space with WellStreet in various roles. He has been serving in the role of CMO of WellStreet since November 2021. Dr Duke, as he is known, is passionate about delivering access to high quality, evidence based, and consistent care with a best in class patient experience across all WellStreet centers.

Jennifer joined the WellStreet team as Chief Financial Officer in September 2020. She is a global healthcare executive with more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare including financial, strategic, technology, and operational leadership, and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, Jennifer served as an executive for multiple healthcare organizations including multi-site providers, healthcare services, payors, analytics, and technology. Jennifer served as Chief Financial Officer for Nox Health, Revint Solutions, and PT Solutions Physical Therapy, where she delivered strategic, financial, operational, HR, and technology leadership for the multi-state physical therapy practice. She is an intuitive, servant leader who achieves results and growth through her passion for providing others with what they need in the right way and with compassion whether that be caring for patients, team members, or clients. Jennifer received her Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
