To all the healthcare workers and first responders, we sincerely thank you!

Healthcare workers and first responders are consistently risking their safety to help others. We couldn’t be more thankful for each and every one of you and their courage to be on the frontline of this pandemic. We thank you and recognize your bravery and selflessness to help our communities.

In an effort to express sincere gratitude to our WellStreet Warriors for their valor and commitment to providing uncompromising care, we launched the following employee recognition activities. Thank you, Piedmont, Summit, and Beaumont Warriors, we couldn’t do this without you!

During this unprecedented time, our focus on providing uncompromising care, one patient at a time has quickly adapted to meet the needs of our patients and teams. We have expanded beyond in-center visits to offer curb-side visits, virtual visits, COVID-19 testing, and on-site employer support. Our ability to offer patients more ways to get care, wherever and whenever they need it, is only achievable because of our incredible WellStreet team members who live out our mission every day! Thank you for your commitment, you truly are incredible!

– Lisa Mikkelsen, CEO – WellStreet Urgent Care

We are all very grateful to be able to continue serving our communities, but that can’t happen without dedicated caregivers like you who show up every day, leaving your own homes so that others can access the care they need. Thanks also for supporting each other and lifting spirits when your colleagues need it, and staying positive through the rapid and unpredictable changes we have had to endure. That’s not easy in the best of times. But the ability to perform in crisis is the truest demonstration of service and leadership, and each of you has earned your stripes in that regard!

– Lee A. Resnick, MD – President / Chief Medical Officer -WellStreet Urgent Care

Center T-Shirt Design Contest

It’s official… our company t-shirt design contest is underway!! This is a company-wide contest for our center teammates to work together and create a T-shirt design for your center that represents the spirit of a “WellStreet Warrior”.  The contest will run until May 9th and once your center’s design is complete, the PM for your location will submit the design on the center’s behalf.   We will send out a survey of all designs for a company-wide vote.  All teammates will receive the winning center’s t-shirt to wear.

More to come… Good luck!!!
