Prisma Health Urgent Care opens new Laurens location
LAURENS, S.C. – Prisma Health Urgent Care, the network of urgent care centers operated in partnership between Prisma Health and WellStreet Urgent Care, announced today the opening of a new location in Laurens. Beginning today, residents can visit the new center at 913 East Main Street, Laurens, SC 29360 for convenient, high-quality walk-in treatment of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. The hours for all the Prisma Health Urgent Care Centers are 8 a.m.–8 p.m., seven days a week.
The Laurens location brings much-needed access to same-day care for a growing community, helping local residents get convenient care close to home. The opening also comes just in time for cold and flu season, with patients able to utilize the advanced Spotfire™ one-swab testing, now available to quickly detect multiple respiratory illnesses, including flu, COVID-19 and RSV with a single sample. This rapid diagnostic capability means patients can receive answers and treatment plans sooner, helping them and their families feel better faster.
