Piedmont Urgent Care Announces Acquisition of MedPlus Immediate Care

Atlanta (July 1, 2025) – Piedmont Urgent Care is proud to announce the acquisition of MedPlus Immediate Care and its four locations in Middle Georgia. Beginning July 1, 2025, patients will book appointments through Piedmont Urgent Care and benefit from enhanced access to convenient, high-quality healthcare services.

The community will begin to see the brand transition from MedPlus Immediate Care to Piedmont Urgent Care over the coming weeks, with full rebranding completed by the end of August.

The four MedPlus Immediate Care locations joining the Piedmont Urgent Care network include:

• Dublin, GA: 1006 Hillcrest Parkway, Dublin, GA 31021
• Eastman, GA: 1120 Indian Drive, Suite C, Eastman, GA 31023
• Macon, GA: 5585 Thomaston Road, Suite A600, Macon, GA 31220
• Milledgeville, GA: 1909 N. Columbia St, Milledgeville, GA 31061

This transition marks an exciting chapter for patients in these communities, offering easy access to care seven days a week through walk-in visits, book-ahead appointments, or virtual visits—all designed to meet the modern demands of today’s families.
